The Bible warns Iran (Persia), with Russia ('Magog'), and a coalition of allies (including Turkey and Sudan) will attack and will invade Israel. In Ezekiel 38-39 the Bible warns this coming war between Iran (Persia) and Israel will take place sometime after Israel has been re-gathered into Her land as a nation (which was fulfilled on May 14, 1948) ... this prophetic war has never yet taken place ... the only time in history Persia (Iran) has ever gone to war against Israel was to help Israel throw off the yoke of the Byzantine Empire around 614 AD. The weapons will be used. Much of the world will be destroyed. Cities will disappear. Armageddon means the "Hill of Megiddo." Megiddo is part of the Plain of Esdraelon which is located in central Israel. Napoleon came through there and declared it to be the finest battlefield in the world. The whole world will be drawn into this war over Israel and Jerusalem. No nation will be spared. The Bible warns there will be several deadly waves associated with this conflict, including: An attack from the "south," an attack from the "north," a massive Chinese led invasion of the Middle East from the "east", which will then be "joined" as the armies of the Antichrist march out of Europe and around the world to the place called "Armageddon." Messiah (Jesus Christ in English ... Yeshua Ha'Mashiach in Hebrew) will return to engage this final battle Himself. He alone will destroy the enemies of Israel. High Level KGB Officer Warned In 1960s of Long-Term Russia-China Plan To Destroy America ...
High-ranking KGB defector Anatoliy Golitsyn warned back in the 1960's (and published his book "New Lies For Old" in 1984) that the long-term Russian (with China) War Strategy would include the "fall" of the Berlin Wall (he warned before his book was published in 1984 that the fall of the Berlin Wall had already been planned by the Soviets as a false victory for the West).
He also warned in 1984 that when the World would see Russia and China publicly announce a "new" alliance (which happened in 1998 with their "Multi-polar World" pronouncement) then Russia and China's war plans against the West would be entering into its final "Clenched Fist" phase at which time the Russia-China war planners projected their patient and secret war against America and the West had progressed to the point where the US and the West had been penetrated and weakened enough for Russia and China to engage and defeat their enemy more openly.
Out of over 100 Russian strategic war operations disclosed and forecasted by Golitsyn (before 1984) around 94% of them have already been successfully implemented by Russia and China.
