The Bible warns Russia will also be a "GUARD" for Iran and allies ...

 "Now the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

 "Son of man, set your face against Gog, of the land of Magog,  (Russia)

   and prophesy against him, and say,

  'Thus says the Lord GOD:

 "Behold, I am against you, O Gog,   (a human leader ... or powerful angel ... as in Ezekiel 28:12-17 and Daniel 10:12)

   I will turn you around,

   put hooks into your jaws,   (God is in control ...)

   and lead you out,

   with all your army, horses, and horsemen, all splendidly clothed,    (quite a "coalition" of evil ...)

   a great company with bucklers and shields, 

   all of them handling swords.  

   Iran   ("Persia" ... listed first ... the lead attack dog ... the "tip of the sword")

   Sudan   ("Cush" ... sometimes translated Ethiopia ... but do an internet study and you will find "Cush" is Sudan.)

   and Libya  (northern Africa)

   are with them,    (Iran (Persia), Sudan (Cush), and Libya are all listed separately ... it is Magog who draws them together)

   all of them with shield and helmet;

   Germany  (or Turkey)   ("Gomer" was around Germany-France, but the "Gauls" colonized part of Turkey ... "Galatians")

   and all its troops;

   Armenia  ("the house of Togarmah")

   from the far north and all its troops

   -- many people are with you.  

   Prepare yourself and be ready,

   you and all your companies that are gathered about you;

   and be a GUARD for them.  (and provide them with many advanced weapons and anti-air missiles)

   After many days you will be visited.   (meaning this was written as a prophecy long before it would take place)

   In the latter years you will come into the Land  (Israel!)

   of those brought back from the sword

   and gathered from many people on the mountains of Israel,

   which had long been desolate;

   they were brought out of the nations,   (this war has to take place after 1948!)

   and now all of them dwell safely."   (Prophecies ... Israel back in her Land .... a remarkable MATHEMATICAL prophecy)

   (Ezekiel 38:1-8)  

The Bible goes on to give us more details through Ezekiel 38-39 ... Magog will come out of the "far north" from Israel (look at a map and then read the headlines below concerning Russia now claiming the Arctic/North Pole) ... Israel will stand alone (no United States there defending them) ... it will be a terrible war for both Israel and the world  ... God will intervene ... the invading armies will be utterly destroyed (only 1/6 will survive) .... destroyed in such a way the world will know it is God who protected Israel ... destroyed in such a way Israel must wait 7 months to enter the battlefield to bury the dead ... and later if somebody spots a bone the Bible warns they must mark it for a professional to come and bury ... Bible scholars are divided as to whether this coming war is the prophetic battle of Armageddon or will just precede the final battle (war) of Armageddon in order to prepare the path for the coming Antichrist (a coming 'world leader' who will enforce a 'peace plan' upon Israel) ... (and since I like those on both sides of this debate you can decide for yourself) ... however, they all agree the coming Rapture will probably take place sometime BEFORE this coming prophetic war ...  (Prophecies ...    but according to their own desires,    ("doing that which was right in their own eyes" ... and not what God's Word says)

   they have itching ears,   

   they will heap up for themselves teachers   (who will only tell them those 'warm-fuzzy' things they want to hear)

   and they will turn their ears away from the truth,

   (their hearts will harden against God's Word ... and against all those who will simply try to teach it or obey it)

 "For certain men  (mankind ... men and women)

   have crept in unnoticed,   (into our churches ... church leaders)

   who long ago were marked out for this condemnation,

   ungodly men (and women) who turn the grace of our God into lewdness . . .

   (i.e.: The Bible calls homosexuality a sin...God's grace seeks repentance of our sins...what does your church say about it?)

   But I want to remind you,

   though you once knew this ..."    (Sadly, today it could read 'only a few of you' once knew this ...)

   (Jude 1:3-6)      (Prophecies ... Messiah (Christ in English) and believing Christians will be hated by the world)

 "Now the Spirit expressly says   (this is the Holy Spirit of God speaking! )

   that in latter times   (which we are now in ... He is telling us this is a prophecy)

   some  (churches and church leaders) will depart from the faith (in God's Word),

   giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons

   speaking lies in hypocrisy,

   (contradicting, opposing, or creating doubt on what God says in the Bible)

   having their own conscience seared with a hot iron,  (de-sensitized consciences are numb to sin)

   forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from foods . . ."

   (1 Timothy 4:1-3) 

Can't you sense the urgency in these verses?  These churches are leading people away from God's sacrifice for our sins ...

The "falling away" ('apostasy') of churches and church leaders, the 'Rapture', the rise of the coming "Antichrist," and the coming 'Apocalypse' ("Great Tribulation") are all closely related in Bible prophecy ...

 "Now brethren,   (Rabbi Shaul ... Paul ...  is talking to believing Christians)

   concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ  (Yeshua Ha'Mashiach in Hebrew)

   and our gathering together to Him ...

   Let no one deceive you by any means,

   for that Day  (the Day of the Lord ... the coming Apocalypse)

   will not come unless the falling away comes first ..."

   (churches and synagogues turning away from the Word of God ... exactly  like we are now seeing)

   and the man of sin (the Antichrist) is revealed,

   the son of perdition (another title of the coming Antichrist)

   who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped,

   (beware ... a powerful 'one-world' religion is coming ... and it will kill many Christians and Jews who believe God's Word)

   so that he sits as God in the Temple of God,   (a new Jewish Temple will be built in Jerusalem)

   showing himself that he is God. 

   (Jesus warns this event will trigger the terrible last half of the 'Apocalypse'... the 3 1/2 year 'Great Tribulation.')

   Do you not remember that when I was still with you

   I told you these things?"  

   (He was only with them for 3 weeks and still taught them about the Rapture, Antichrist, and the return of Christ-Messiah)

   (2 Thessalonians 2:1-10)

The Bible warns Jesus (Yeshua) is our Hope ... our only hope for life in Heaven ... and our time draws near.   Regardless of what a few men and women will try to have you believe, the Bible has never changed (some translations may vary from time to time, but the originals in the Hebrew and Greek have never changed) ... yet, for all those who reject God's Word those things considered 'right' and those things considered 'wrong' change frequently like the wind.   The Bible is clear when it warns us this short life on Earth is simply a test to see who will be "saved" into eternal life in Heaven and who will be "condemned" to eternal life in the darkness, loneliness, and torment of Hell.  The test is a 'True or False' test and the Question we all have to answer is whether God's Word in the Bible is true and can be trusted.  If you answer 'True' and live your life accordingly through repentance (which simply means turning away from our sins and turning back to God), and in faith in God's Word, and love the One ... Jesus Christ (Messiah) ... who loved you enough to die and pay for all of your sins on the Cross ..."a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief" (Isaiah 53:3) you will be 'promoted' and warmly received with open arms and with tears of joy into His eternal Kingdom of Heaven which is filled with eternal peace, rest, and beauty ... and it will be well worth all the ridicule, rejection, and pain you will suffer in this life ... for all the pain, the rejection, and the ridicule believers will find in this life is only temporary ... while the peace, the rest, the excitement, and the awesome beauty of life in Heaven will be permanent ... eternal ... forever!!!

The Bible warns the Day will come when it will be hard to find a church or synagogue who will faithfully teach God's Word  ...

 "Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord GOD,
   That I (God) will send a famine on the land,
   Not a famine of bread,
   Nor a thirst for water,
   But of hearing the words of the LORD.
   They shall wander from sea to sea,
   And from north to east;
   They shall run to and fro,

   seeking the Word of the LORD,
   But shall not find it."   (Yet, there will be plenty of churches and synagogues ..."wolves in sheep's clothing"... Matt 7:15)

   (Amos 8:11-12)     (Those few churches left who faithfully teach and obey the Word of God are getting hard to find ... )

Here, God clearly warns all those who simply "approve of " these things with their great "open-mindedness" will be held just as guilty and accountable as those who actually do them.  This applies to churches and ministers/reverends/priests/rabbis as well.   If you vote for a politician who supports homosexuality and abortion ... no matter whether they are Democrat or Republican ... you are casting a vote that says "I approve of these things"... please prayerfully consider these verses, their warnings, and their consequences.
