Bible scholars are divided as to whether this coming war is part of the prophetic battle of Armageddon or will just precede the battle of Armageddon in order to prepare the path for the coming Antichrist (a coming 'world leader' who will enforce a 'peace plan' upon Israel). Bible students should be sitting on the edge of their seats with white knuckles watching this terrible prophecy slowly start to unfold ... while believing Christians (followers ... both Jew and Gentile ... of Jesus-Yeshua, the promised Messiah) are told to 'examine' themselves in the Word and in faith to insure they are not just 'almost' Christians (followers of the Messiah) or 'lukewarm' in their faith ... for Jesus-Yeshua the Messiah warns all to, "Watch, therefore, and pray always (not just sometimes), that you will be counted worthy to escape all these things (the terrible events of the coming 'Apocalypse') that will come to pass" ... (Luke 21:36) ... for the Bible promises believing Christians (faithful believers and followers of the Messiah) who are alive at that time and have endured in their faith in God's Word are not 'appointed' to this coming time of 'God's wrath' that will be 'poured out' upon the whole world ... (1 Thessalonians 1:10 ... 1 Thessalonians 5:9-11)

Our nation was originally founded to provide a "Rule of Law" which would protect us from a government that would bind the people. The Democrat Party (and a growing segment of the Republican party) is now controlled by those who are steadily putting us under the bondage of a classic Marxist-socialist form of government. We have allowed our politicians to slowly and steadily take away our freedom from government while putting us under the heavy yoke of bondage under government. Just look at the massive new regulations and taxes that have been placed upon us over the past 20 years ... yes, Soviet-Socialist-Russia is now winning the "cold war" from within ... and like the "frog in the kettle," blind apathy is refusing to fight back for the freedom we once had and for which we fought the revolution and many hard wars to protect. As with all socialist controlled nations we will see (as we are now seeing) the "State" attacking believing Christians, attacking the middle-class, and attacking family approved (rather than state approved) education for our children ... and they will block the voices of warning from being heard on television, in movies, or on the news.
As this nation turns its back on God, God will turn His back on this nation ... and we will soon find ourselves under the bondage of darkness. Our "almighty dollar" and "all powerful army" will not protect us as God removes His Hand of blessing from this nation and people who have now turned against Him.
As we allow our nation and godless politicians to outlaw the Name of Jesus Christ (Yeshua Ha'Mashiach in Hebrew) from our nation and from our schools remember His warning to both people and nations ...
"He who is not with Me is against Me"
(Matthew 12:30) (In God's eyes you are either for Him or against Him ... there is no "in between.")
And if you belong to a church or religion that preaches a "small" Messiah who is only to be spoken of during church socials or lowered to the earthly level of "prophets" such as Mohammed, Buddha, or Joseph Smith, I pity you ... for here is how the Bible describes the Messiah of Israel, our Lord and Savior (who saves us from our sins and from Hell) Jesus Christ (Yeshua Ha'Mashiach in Hebrew) . . .
"Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse.
And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True,
and in righteousness He judges and makes war.
His eyes were like a flame of fire,
and on His head were many crowns.
He had a name written that no one knew except Himself.
He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood,
and His name is called The Word of God.
And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen,
white and clean, followed Him on white horses.
Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword,
that with it He should strike the nations.

(He is talking to people (and nations) who call themselves "Christian")
Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy,
and have need of nothing’ (having enough money will keep many from knowing God)
and do not know that you are wretched,
miserable, poor, blind, and naked . . .
And he who has an ear let him hear." (This means this warning is for everybody)
