     of the prince who shall come     (the Antichrist ... who we are told  will rise over 10 nations of the Roman Empire)

     shall destroy the City (Jerusalem)

Prophecy:  The Jewish Temple destroyed by the Romans in 70 AD . . .

Right after His Triumphal Entry ("Palm Sunday")  Jesus (Yeshua) wept over Jerusalem ... knowing the people of Israel would ignore this prophecy... and all the other prophecies of the Messiah which were so specific that God held them accountable!  This is why the Temple was destroyed and the Jewish people were scattered and dispersed around the world . . .

Here, Jesus issues a new prophecy and warns Israel WHY it would happen . . .

   "Now as He (Jesus-Yeshua) drew near,

     He saw the city (Jerusalem) and wept over it,

     saying, ‘If you had known, even you (the children of Israel),

     especially in this your day, (this day the prophet Daniel prophesied about)

     the things that make for your peace!

     But now they are hidden from your eyes.

     For days will come upon you when your enemies

     will build an embankment around you,

     surround you

     and close you in on every side,

     and level you, and your children within you,

     to the ground;

     and they will not leave in you (the Temple) one stone upon another,

Thus, within that generation, in 70 A.D., 38 years AFTER Jesus Christ (Yeshua Ha'Mashiach in Hebrew) spoke this prophecy and was Crucified ("cut-off"), Jerusalem was besieged and brutally destroyed when Titus Vespasian, with the Fifth, Tenth, Twelfth, and Fifteenth Roman Legions did build a Roman siege wall ("embankment") around the city, starving and slaughtering over a million Jews, and then tore down the Temple, stone by stone, to retrieve the gold that had melted when Roman soldiers (against orders) set the Temple on fire, thus leaving not one stone upon the other . . . exactly as Jesus (Yeshua) had prophesied.     (The assurance of life in Heaven  ... it's NOT too late!!!)

"By causing them (babies) to pass through the fire ..."  Back then, unwanted babies were 'offered' to a false god 'Molech' (a god of lust and pleasure) by placing the baby onto the glowing red-hot arms of a small bronze statue which was placed in the fire.  Do a study of Molech (an idol, false god) or passing babies 'through the fire' in the Bible and you will find God will judge a nation (and a world) for the killing of babies for convenience.  God says a lot about this killing of unwanted babies ('passing sons and daughters through the fire') in the Bible.  The technology we now use to kill these 'unwanted' babies is different, but the intent is exactly the same.  Now, instead of calling them 'priests' we call them 'doctors,' and instead of burning the babies alive (passing them 'through the fire'), we cut them into little pieces while they're alive and call it 'abortion.'  God sees it and it causes Him to cry out in agony and anger.  This is one more reason why the coming Apocalypse is also called 'the Day of God's Wrath' which will come upon 'a morally corrupt and violent' generation.  Also, the Bible warns us that 'not only those who do such things, but also all those who approve of those who do such things' will be held just as guilty.   Please remember, our God is a forgiving God who is filled with grace and mercy, and even those who have done or approved of such things can still be washed clean and forgiven through the 'blood of the Lamb of God,' our Lord, the only One who can now save us from our sins, Jesus-Yeshua the promised Messiah.

Prophecy:  Churches and Church Leaders Would "Depart From The Faith"... No Longer Teaching or Enduring Sound Doctrine

We are warned the generation who would see Israel back in her Land as a nation will see ungodly men (mankind ... both men and women) "creep" into the churches (and synagogues) ... "departing from the faith" and "no longer enduring sound doctrine" ... we now see this in most churches and synagogues today ... Catholic, Protestant, and Jewish ...

 "Now the Spirit expressly says

   that in latter times some (churches and church leaders)

   will depart from the faith,

   giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons

   (denying the truth of God's Word ... saying "all roads" lead to Heaven ... adding to or opposing what the Bible says)

   speaking lies in hypocrisy,   (like Satan they can appear knowledgeable and can appear nice ... yet can destroy our soul)

   having their own conscience seared with a hot iron,

   forbidding to marry,

   and commanding to abstain from foods . . ."

"Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you

   concerning our common salvation,
