God's Word says to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven we must be "born again" in the Spirit ... and we are then a "new creation" which combines "Body and Mind + Spirit"... and have you ever noticed everything Messiah (Jesus ... Yeshua) commands us to do is exactly the OPPOSITE of what our "bodies" and "minds" want to do?!  Take heart, for the Bible warns we will have to struggle with that battle between "body" ("flesh") and "spirit" (with our "mind" as the battle-ground) until we get our new bodies in Heaven.

What does "Born again" mean?

Nicodemus, a powerful Jewish religious leader (who we find later did believe and accept Jesus (Yeshua) as the promised Messiah) came secretly to speak with Jesus (Yeshua) one night . . .

     "Jesus answered and said to him,

      ‘Most assuredly, I say to you,

       UNLESS one is born again,

       he CANNOT see the Kingdom of God.’

       Nicodemus said to Him,

      ‘How can a man be born when he is old?

       Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?’

       Jesus answered, ‘Most assuredly, I say to you,

       UNLESS one is born of water AND the Spirit,

       he CANNOT enter the Kingdom of God (Heaven).

       That which is born of the flesh is flesh,

       and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.’"

       (John 3:3-6)

We had no choice concerning our first birth ("of the flesh"), but to be born again of the Spirit and into the Kingdom of Heaven requires a conscious choice and decision on our part.  The Bible says if we believe, sincerely and in faith, that Jesus ("the Son of God") lovingly and willingly shed His blood and died on the Cross for us (as God's "sacrificial Lamb" which takes away all our sins "once and for all"), was buried, then rose again the third day (through the awesome power of God), and sincerely (and lovingly) accept Him as our Lord, invite Him into our lives, and turn back to God (and turn away from our sinful ways), then we are "born again" (and are called "a new creation").  This time, we are born of the Spirit and are told we will be "indwelt" by the Holy Spirit (which we can't see but the evidence is reflected in how our lives begin to change).  This is God’s Word and His Promise.  Then, even while facing the difficult tests and trials we will find in our earthly lives, we can rest knowing our eternal destiny is assured ... and since we now have the hope and promise of eternal life through our "second birth" (in Heaven) we no longer have to fear the "second death" (in Hell).      (God's Promise ...)

Here, God clearly warns all those who simply tolerate or "approve of " these things with their great "broad-mindedness" will be held just as guilty as those who actually do them.

     against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men . . .

     For even their women exchanged the natural use

     for what is against nature (lesbianism).

     Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman,

     burning in their lust for one another,

     men with men committing what is shameful (homosexuality) . . .

     that those who practice these things are worthy of death (Hell),

     and not only those who do the same

     but also (all those) who APPROVE of those who practice them!"

Whatever fleeting "satisfaction" or feeling of "coolness" might be felt from following along with whatever a sinful generation might think is "right in their own eyes" at any given time is temporary and will last for only a short moment ... whereas the absolute darkness, aloneness, and torment of Hell waiting for all who ignore, refuse to listen, and willfully disobey God's Law and mock God's Word will be permanent and never-ending ... it's your choice ... but please remember, the Bible warns all who choose to reject and ignore God's Word will be rejected by God and cast into Hell where "there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth"...      -  He was raised (Resurrected) from the dead the third day ... and now waits to see if you are "with" Him or "against" Him

-  Turn back to God ... and turn away from sinful activities ("repent") ... He will welcome you with tears of joy.

If you do these things … sincerely and in faith … the Bible promises you can have the complete assurance of eternal life in Heaven.  The Bible tells us Jesus (Yeshua) did all the work for you when He bore all of your sins and died on the Cross ... and was buried ... and was raised (resurrected) from the dead (as "firstfruits" of the coming Resurrection) through the awesome power of God.  The Bible says you can’t add anything to it!!!  When you believe and trust in (and love) Jesus Christ as your "Savior" (who lovingly saves you from your sins and from Hell) ... and then turn away from your sinful ways and turn back to God ("repent"), you can have the complete peace and assurance in your heart that when you die, you will enter into His Kingdom of Heaven ... forever and ever … it’s God’s Promise!!! 

The only thing God asks a NON-believer to do is to "believe"... Jesus (God) did ALL the work ... life in Heaven is OFFERED as a GIFT!!! 

Please Remember . . .

The Kingdom of Heaven is available to every man, woman, boy, and girl in this world, no matter who they are, where they live, how old they are, or what sins they have committed.  It is freely offered to any and all who will receive it.  That is the "Good news" ('gospel' in Greek.)  Simply learn of Jesus (Yeshua), the promised Messiah, invite Him into your life as Lord, believe He died on the Cross for all of your sins and rose from the grave (proving there is a Kingdom of Heaven ... and a Hell).  Learn of Him and believe in Him . . . for He was the only one who has ever loved you enough to substitute Himself for you on the Cross.  He shed His blood, suffered, and died on the Cross to pay for your sins and to save you from your sins and from the utter loneliness, darkness, and torment of Hell, if you will accept it, believe it, and trust in it ... it's God's Promise!!!

The only unpardonable sin is to reject God's love and His free offer of life in the Kingdom of Heaven by rejecting Jesus Christ (Yeshua Ha'Mashiach in Hebrew) who stepped forth from Eternity ("from of old, from everlasting"... see Micah 5:2) ... not to condemn the sinner, but to save the sinner (from the torment of Hell) and who willingly and lovingly shed His blood on the Cross so we can be washed clean of all our sins.  The Bible warns there will be no peace in our hearts or minds until we make peace with God through His Son, Jesus (Yeshua), the promised Messiah.  The Bible also warns there will be no peace in Israel, or on Earth, until Jesus (Yeshua), the Messiah returns ...
