God pronounces a great and TERRIBLE judgment upon the people ... He is "tired of relenting"
"And I (God) will make them a horror to all the kingdoms of the Earth
BECAUSE of what Manasseh, the son of Hezekiah king of Judah, DID
in Jerusalem. (Abortion!! Manasseh "passed sons and daughters through the fire"... (GOD'S LAW: ABORTION)
(Note: Today in Israel there are over 19,000 "sons and daughters" aborted every year ... 120 for every 1000 births.)
You (the people) have REJECTED Me, declares the
Lord;
you keep going backward, (into
more and more sin ... and further away from God's Word)
They shall not be lamented, nor shall they be buried.
They shall be as dung on the surface of the ground.
And when you tell this people all these words,
and they say to you,
‘WHY has the Lord pronounced all this great evil against us?
WHAT is our sin (iniquity)?
WHAT is the sin that we have committed against the Lord our God?’
Then you shall say to them ...
BECAUSE your fathers have forsaken Me (God)
and have NOT kept MY Law, (against lying, sexual immorality, abortion, homosexuality, drunkenness, unbelief, etc.)
and because you have done worse than your fathers, (by rejecting God's Love ... by rejecting God's Word)
for behold,
every one of you follows his stubborn, evil will, (willfully breaking, and mocking, and ignoring God's Law)

NOTE ON "HELL": There are TWO different places the Bible warns of (and describes) which were both translated (into English) as the same word "Hell"...
FIRST, there is the word "Sheol" which is the name of the place (like a "holding tank" or the "trash bin" behind a restaurant) where all those souls (which God created) who have ignored, rebelled against, or refused to listen to God's Word, and have rejected His gracious offer (and free gift) of eternal life in Heaven, will be thrown into BEFORE "the Great White Throne Judgment" (Revelation 20:11). "Sheol" is described as "the deep or dark abyss" and "the bottomless pit" (also see Luke 16:23-25).
SECOND, there is "Gehenna" which is the name of the FINAL "place of darkness and torment" where all those who will not enter into the Kingdom of Heaven will be cast into AFTER "The Great White Throne Judgment" (Revelation 20:11), described as "the outer darkness" and "the lake of fire"..."where their (flesh eating) worm does not die" (Mark 9:44) ... and where "there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth"... and where the Bible says Satan, the Antichrist, and all the demons will also be cast into and imprisoned forever.
"Gehenna" was the "garbage dump" located "outside the gate" of the City (Jerusalem) in ancient Israel ... it was filled with the unbearable stench of rotting flesh and burned corpses of unwanted babies (where fires were kept burning day and night to help cover the horrible stench) ...
So it shall also be with the real and eternal "Gehenna"... HELL ... ("the lake of fire" in "the outer darkness") which we are told will be located far outside the gates of "Heaven"... and a vast distance away from the awesome beauty, the glorious light, the pleasant aromas, and the everlasting peace (and excitement and joy and laughter) which will fill the Kingdom of Heaven forever and ever.
IF you REJECT God's Word in the Bible ... you are rejecting your "Savior" (Christ ... Messiah ..."the Word of God") ... and are REJECTING God's love and gracious gift of eternal life in Heaven which He freely offers to ALL who believe, love, trust, and obey ...

"Now Pashhur the priest, the son of Immer, who was Chief Officer in the House of the Lord,
heard Jeremiah prophesying these things.
Then Pashhur beat Jeremiah the prophet, (Messiah ... later sent forth as Prophet, Priest, and King ... was also beaten)
and put him in the stocks ... (Jesus warned the "vinedressers" who beat the prophets would also kill Him ... Matt 21:38)
And many nations will pass by this City (Jerusalem), (until Messiah returns and restores the city, nation, and world.)
and every man will say to his neighbor,
“WHY has the Lord dealt thus with this great city?”

“BECAUSE they have forsaken the Covenant of the Lord their God
and worshiped other gods and served them." (Sexual immorality, abortion, homosexuality, pride, drunkenness, etc.)

BUT, because of HIS own purpose and Grace, ("Grace" is receiving a loving gift we don't deserve ... )
which HE gave us
in Christ Jesus (Yeshua Ha'Mashiach in Hebrew) (The "Gift" He offers is eternal life in His Kingdom of Heaven)
before the ages began, ("In the beginning was the Word ... and the Word was God ... and became flesh"- John 1)
and which now has been manifested through the appearing of our Savior Christ Jesus,
who abolished death (Messiah ... the "second Adam" was sent forth to save us from "the curse" of death and Hell)
and brought life and immortality to light through the Gospel ("good news" of Messiah) ... (God's Promise ...)
for which I was appointed a preacher and apostle and teacher,
which is why I suffer as I do." (As with Jeremiah and the prophets ... all chosen of God will find suffering in this life.)
Note: Many people today do not know whether or not they (or their loved ones) will go to Heaven. Many have not been adequately (or honestly) taught what the Bible actually says and teaches ...
"For by GRACE you have been saved (from your sins and from Hell)
through FAITH (in Jesus Christ),
and that not of yourselves;
it is the GIFT of God, ("Grace" is getting something we don’t deserve…we can't earn this gift of life in Heaven)
NOT of works, (we cannot enter Heaven through any “good deeds” we have done ... or think we have done.)
lest ANYONE should boast." (We are told it’s a gift from God … we just have to thankfully (and lovingly) receive it.)

He who believes in Him is NOT condemned (to Hell);
but he who does NOT believe (in Jesus Christ)
IS condemned (to Hell) ALREADY" (There is no second chance for any who reject what God did for us on the Cross.)
(John 3:16-18) (Jesus greatly LOVED us to save us from Hell ... all God asks is that we love Him for all He has done for us.)
For the ASSURANCE of Life in Heaven (and of having ALL of your sin and guilt completely removed) . . . A.C.T. NOW!!!
- Acknowledge you are a sinner ... and have sinned against God's Law
- Confess your sins to God
- Trust (believe) completely in Jesus Christ (Yeshua Ha'Mashiach in Hebrew) ...
- He (lovingly and willingly) died for all of your sins on the Cross ... and His innocent blood washes away ALL our sins
- He was buried ...
- He was raised (Resurrected) from the dead the third day ... and now waits to see if you are "with" Him or "against" Him
- Turn back to God ... and turn away from sinful activities ("repent") ... He will welcome you with tears of joy.
When you believe and trust in (and love) Jesus Christ as your "Savior" (who lovingly saves you from your sins and from Hell) ... and then turn away from your sinful ways and turn back to God ("repent"), you can have the complete peace and assurance in your heart that when you die, you will enter into His Kingdom of Heaven ... forever and ever … it’s God’s Promise!!!
The ONLY thing God asks a NON-believer to do is to "believe"... Jesus (God) did ALL the work ... life in Heaven is offered as a GIFT!!!
