Read Through The Bible ... Day 17:  Genesis 41 ... Matthew 13:1-32

A wise Bible teacher once said that a person's reaction to hearing God's Word when lovingly given to teach, to warn, or to rebuke is like a "Geiger Counter" ... and a person's reaction to hearing the Word of God (even those who profess to be Christian or Jew) was a pretty good indicator of their true relationship with God.  The word "disobedience" means "refuse to listen."  The Bible is crystal clear when it warns only those who love God and His Son (Messiah ... "the Word of God") will be "saved" from Hell and will enter into the eternal life filled with perfect peace and beauty (and never-ending awe and excitement) in His Kingdom of Heaven prepared for ALL who WILL listen and WILL trust in God and in His Word ...

But, God lovingly and caringly warns Mankind (whom He created) of great pain and distress for all those who will "refuse to listen" to His warnings and "refuse to listen" to His detailed instructions on finding and following the "narrow" and "difficult" path (or "way") of safety through this life, and will end up utterly lost and trapped in the inescapable darkness, loneliness, and torment of Hell AFTER they die ... called the "second" death ("where there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.") 

So, if you find your heart hardening against God's Word when it is lovingly given to teach, or warn, or rebuke, please sincerely pray and ask God to help soften your heart towards Him and His Word ...

The Lord's Warning  . . .

   "BEFORE the decree is issued,

     BEFORE the day passes like chaff,

     BEFORE the LORD'S fierce anger comes upon you,

     BEFORE the Day of the LORD'S anger comes upon you!    (The coming "Day of Wrath"...)

--Drudge/AP      (Prophecies:  The coming Antichrist)     According to the Bible, if he (or anybody) was not a "saint" when he died then he will never be a "saint"... and will never enter into the Kingdom of Heaven. 

The BIBLE says ALL believing Christians are "saints" (which means those who are "sanctified" or set apart by God) ...

"Born Again."  This generation has corrupted and turned many words describing actions God's Word requires of any and all who will enter into His Kingdom of Heaven (such as "repent" and be "born again") into objects of ridicule, mocking, and scorn ...

What does "Born again" mean?

Nicodemus, a powerful Jewish religious leader (who we find later did come to believe and accept Jesus (Yeshua) as the promised Messiah) came secretly to speak with Jesus one night ...

     "Jesus answered and said to him,

      ‘Most assuredly, I say to you,

       UNLESS one is born again,

       he CANNOT see the Kingdom of God.’

       Nicodemus said to Him,

      ‘How can a man be born when he is old?

       Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?’

       Jesus answered, ‘Most assuredly, I say to you,

       UNLESS one is born of water AND the Spirit,

       he CANNOT enter the Kingdom of God (Heaven).

       That which is born of the flesh is flesh,

       and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.’"

       (John 3:3-6)       (God's Promise ...)      (The assurance of life in Heaven  ... it's NOT too late!!!)  

We had no choice concerning our first birth ("of the flesh"), but to be born again ("of the Spirit") into the Kingdom of Heaven requires a conscious choice and decision on our part.  The Bible says if we believe, sincerely and in faith, that Jesus ("the Son of God") lovingly and willingly shed His blood and died on the Cross for us (as the "sacrificial Lamb" of God whose blood "washes away" away all of our sins "once and for all"), was buried, then rose again the third day (through the awesome power of God), and then lovingly submit to Him as Lord while turning back to God and turning away from sinful ways ("repent"), then we are "born again" (and are called "a new creation").  This time, we are born of the Spirit, and we are told we will be "indwelt" by the Holy Spirit (which we can't see but the evidence is reflected in how our lives begin to change).  This is God’s Word and His Promise. 

Then, even while facing the difficult tests and trials we will find in our earthly lives, we can rest knowing our eternal destiny is assured ... and ... since we now have the hope and promise of a new life through our "second birth" (in Heaven) we no longer have to fear the "second death" (in Hell) ... for both will be "eternal."

For the ASSURANCE of Life in Heaven (and of having ALL of your sin and guilt completely removed) . . . A.C.T. NOW!!! 

-  Acknowledge you are a sinner ... and have sinned against God's Law

-  Confess your sins to God

-  Trust (believe) completely in Jesus Christ  (Yeshua Ha'Mashiach in Hebrew) ...

     -  He (lovingly and willingly) died for all of your sins on the Cross ... and His innocent blood washes away ALL our sins

     -  He was buried ... 

     -  He was raised (Resurrected) from the dead the third day ... and now waits to see if you are "with" Him or "against" Him

-  Turn back to God ... and turn away from sinful activities ("repent") ... He will welcome you with tears of joy.

If you do these things … sincerely and in faith … the Bible promises you can have the complete assurance of eternal life in Heaven.  The Bible tells us Jesus (Yeshua) did all the work for you when He bore all of your sins and died on the Cross ... and was buried ... and was raised (resurrected) from the dead (as "firstfruits" of the coming Resurrection) through the awesome power of God.  The Bible says you can’t add anything to it!!!  When you believe and trust in (and love) Jesus Christ as your "Savior" (who lovingly saves you from your sins and from Hell) ... and then turn away from your sinful ways and turn back to God ("repent"), you can have the complete peace and assurance in your heart that when you die, you will enter into His Kingdom of Heaven ... forever and ever … it’s God’s Promise!!! 

The only thing God asks a NON-believer to do is to "believe"... Jesus (God) did ALL the work ... life in Heaven is OFFERED as a GIFT!!! 

Please Remember . . .

The Kingdom of Heaven is available to every man, woman, boy, and girl in this world, no matter who they are, where they live, how old they are, or what sins they have committed.  It is freely offered to any and all who will receive it.  That is the "Good news" ('gospel' in Greek.)  Simply learn of Jesus (Yeshua), the promised Messiah, invite Him into your life as Lord, believe He died on the Cross for all of your sins and rose from the grave (proving there is a Kingdom of Heaven ... and a Hell).  Learn of Him and believe in Him . . . for He was the only one who has ever loved you enough to substitute Himself for you on the Cross.  He shed His blood, suffered, and died on the Cross to pay for your sins and to save you from your sins and from the utter loneliness, darkness, and torment of Hell, if you will accept it, believe it, and trust in it ... it's God's Promise!!!

The only unpardonable sin is to reject God's love and His free offer of life in the Kingdom of Heaven by rejecting Jesus Christ (Yeshua Ha'Mashiach in Hebrew) who stepped forth from Eternity ("from of old, from everlasting"... see Micah 5:2) ... not to condemn the sinner, but to save the sinner (from the torment of Hell) and who willingly and lovingly shed His blood on the Cross so we can be washed clean of all our sins.  The Bible warns there will be no peace in our hearts or minds until we make peace with God through His Son, Jesus (Yeshua), the promised Messiah.  The Bible also warns there will be no peace in Israel, or on Earth, until Jesus (Yeshua), the Messiah returns ... (Prophecies...Messiah's Return)
