The Bible warns at about the time of Armageddon ...

And utter His voice from Jerusalem;

The heavens and the Earth will shake;

But the LORD will be a shelter for His people,

and the strength of the children of Israel."

(Joel 3:2, 9-10, 14-16) (Gaza, Hebron, and Bethlehem which many are trying to give to Israel's enemies all lie in Judah!)

"Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed

to open the scroll and to loose its seven seals.

And I looked and behold,

in the midst of the Throne (in Heaven) and of the four living creatures,

and in the midst of the elders,

stood a Lamb as though it had been slain ..."

who have upheld His justice (meaning ... this warning is also for everybody on Earth!)

The sinful pride and fall of Lucifer (Satan) ... "I (Satan) will be like the Most High (God)". . .

To the lowest depths of the Pit." (He doesn't rule Hell ... we are told he and his demons will one day be prisoners in Hell)

In Ezekiel 28: 12-19 we find out even more about this powerful creature "Satan"... a few excerpts include:

"You (Satan) were the seal of perfection,

Full of wisdom and perfect in beauty. (He is not ugly ...)

You were in Eden, the Garden of God ..." (In the Garden he was also called "the Shining One".)

"You (Satan) were the anointed cherub who covers; (Cherubs are the highest rank of angels ... and he was at the top.)

I (God) established you;

You were on the Holy Mountain of God;

You walked back and forth in the midst of the fiery stones (stars?).

You were perfect in your ways from the day you were created, (he is a created being ...)

Till iniquity (sin) was found in you ..."

"You became filled with violence within,

and you sinned;

Therefore I (God) cast you as a profane thing

out of the mountain of God . . ."

(Excerpted from Ezekiel 28:12-19)

In the book of Revelation even more is revealed . . .

"So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old,

called the Devil and Satan,

who deceives the whole world;

he was cast to the Earth,

and his angels were cast out (of Heaven) with him."

(Revelation 12:9)

In Ephesians we are told what's behind many of the trials and battles we will experience in this life on Earth ...

"For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood,

but against principalities,

against powers,

against the rulers of the darkness of this Age,

against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places."

(Ephesians 6:12) (These are ranks of angels ... these are the mostly invisible fallen angels who come against us!)

Satan (also called "The Ruler of this world" in John 12:31, 14:30, 16:11) and his angels will become even more active ... yet, there are those who say they believe in the Bible and call themselves "religious" who say they don't believe Satan exists.)

But, believing Christians, do not fear ... for the Bible promises all believing Christians (followers of the promised Messiah who was born in Bethlehem in the line of King David) that (although Satan may make our lives very miserable at times) he (Satan) has no lasting power over us because we are indwelt by and protected through the Holy Spirit ...

"Beloved, do not believe every spirit,

but test the spirits, whether they are of God;

because many false prophets have gone into the world.

By this you know the Spirit of God:

Every spirit that confesses

Jesus Christ (Yeshua Ha'Mashiach in Hebrew) has come in the flesh

is of God,

and every spirit that does not confess

that Jesus Christ (Yeshua Ha'Mashiach in Hebrew) has come in the flesh

is not of God,

and this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard is coming,

and is now already in the world.

You (believing Christians) are of God, little children,

and have overcome them,

because He who is in you (the Holy Spirit of God sent forth through Jesus Christ, the promised Messiah)

is greater than he who is in the world (Satan)." (Remember ... He created Satan.)

Jesus Christ (Yeshua Ha'Mashiach in Hebrew) commands all those who will follow Him to "watch" and be ready ...

"Take heed (to the prophetic warnings) ...

watch (what is going on) ...

and pray (see below);

for you do not know when the time is (the coming Rapture).

It is like a man going to a far country,

who left his house and gave authority to his servants, and to each his work,

and commanded the doorkeeper to watch.

Watch therefore,

for you do not know when the master of the house is coming --

in the evening, at midnight, at the crowing of the rooster, or in the morning --

lest, coming suddenly, he find you sleeping.
