“I will utterly sweep away
everything The Day of the Lord Is Near
Be silent before the Lord
God!
“On that day,” declares the
Lord,
The great day of the
Lord
is near,
I
will bring distress on
mankind, Judgment on Judah's Enemies
2:1 Gather together,
yes, gather,
Woe to you inhabitants of the
seacoast,
“I have heard the taunts of
Moab
You also, O Cushites,
And he will stretch out his
hand against the north Judgment on Jerusalem and the Nations
3:1 Woe to her who is
rebellious and defiled,
Her officials within her
“I have cut off nations;
“Therefore wait for me,”
declares the
Lord, The Conversion of the Nations
“For at that time I will
change the speech of the
peoples
“On that day you shall not be
put to shame Israel's Joy and Restoration
Sing aloud, O daughter of
Zion; Revelation 15 (Listen)The Seven Angels with Seven Plagues15:1 Then I saw another sign in heaven, great and amazing, seven angels with seven plagues, which are the last, for with them the wrath of God is finished. And I saw what appeared to be a sea of glass mingled with fire—and also those who had conquered the beast and its image and the number of its name, standing beside the sea of glass with harps of God in their hands. And they sing the song of Moses, the servant [13] of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying,
“Great and amazing are your
deeds, After this I looked, and the sanctuary of the tent [15] of witness in heaven was opened, and out of the sanctuary came the seven angels with the seven plagues, clothed in pure, bright linen, with golden sashes around their chests. And one of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden bowls full of the wrath of God who lives forever and ever, and the sanctuary was filled with smoke from the glory of God and from his power, and no one could enter the sanctuary until the seven plagues of the seven angels were finished.
