This weekly news update is being sent because the Bible tells us to know the prophecies and to "watch" for their fulfillment (which can only be done by learning and knowing what is going on around the world) ... yet, many churches and synagogues today ignore and deny Bible prophecy (which in itself is a major fulfillment of Bible prophecy) ...

Now, a short Bible prophecy lesson to help show how close we are ...

+ Israel back in the Land as a nation (this started the clock ticking ...)

+ Iran and allies threatening war against Israel

+ Russia rising ... and acting as a 'guard' for Iran

+ China armed with weapons capable of quickly destroying 1/3 of mankind

+ Nations of the ancient Roman Empire (Europe?) reuniting and rising in power

+ Teachings of false 'Prophets' leading many

+ A Generation 'morally corrupt' and 'filled with violence'

(The Bible uses the word 'corrupt' - like smelly, rotting meat)

+ 'The falling away'... churches and synagogues no longer teaching or enduring sound doctrine

+ Israel and Jerusalem . . . trouble, troubles, and more trouble

+ All nations turning against nation Israel . . .

= The Generation of the ... Rapture ... the 'Apocalypse' ... Armageddon ... and Messiah's Return.

For the first time in history this prophetic 'equation' is nearly complete . . . and all in this generation!!!

The coming Battle of Armageddon ('Hill of Megiddo') . . . Armageddon lies right in the center of that tiny Red 'Dot'

Note to readers: Around this time of the year there are two ancient feasts besides "Passover" ...

1. ""Resurrection Day" ... The Biblical celebration of the promised Messiah's (as the "Passover Lamb of God") resurrection which took place on the Biblical "Feast of First Fruits" which always falls on the first Sunday (the 1st day of the week) after Passover ...

At Passover, the Messiah (as "the Lamb of God") was willingly (and prophetically) "sacrificed" as the (our) Passover Lamb ("once and for all")...

- Whose innocent blood was shed as a sin and peace "offering" to God ... ("once and for all!")

- And as a "redemption" or "ransom" for our souls (He "redeemed" us) ... "Paid in full"

- And He was offered as a "substitute" for each of us ... He bore the punishment for our sins ... He saves us from Hell

- And an "atonement" whose shed blood washes away all our sins ... and covers us in His perfect Righteousness before God

"Resurrection Day"... He was then Resurrected on the first Sunday (the "1st" day of the week) following Passover, which is the Biblical "Feast of First Fruits." We are told Jesus-Yeshua, the Messiah, is the "Firstfruits of the Resurrection." Due to the Jewish leap year this year which adds a leap month to the end of the Jewish lunar year, Passover will begin at sundown on Saturday, April 19th ... so our celebration of Messiah's Resurrection (as prophesied by the ancient Hebrew prophets) should fall on Sunday, April 27. There is no more important date to remember and to celebrate for the believing Christian (followers of the Jewish Messiah) . . .

For without the "Resurrection Day" we have no hope of eternal life in Heaven after our earthly bodies die.

2. "Easter" ... from "Ishtar" the ancient Babylonian goddess of sexuality and fertility. The ancient Babylonians and later the Romans celebrated this Spring feast honoring the Babylonian goddess "Ishtar" every year with eggs and bunnies which symbolized sex and fertility. The early Roman Church then grafted this unbiblical pagan festival into their version of Christianity because it was a very integral and important part of the ancient Roman Empire (and economy). This festival is tied to the Spring Equinox and not the Jewish Passover. The Roman Catholic Church and many "Protestant" churches accept Easter ("Ishtar") because they have never discarded parts of their early "Roman" Church roots (which added and mixed in many non-Biblical "traditions," which the Bible warns us against (Mark 7:8-9,13), to the purely Scriptural based teaching and doctrines of the early Church and which we are taught to follow) ...

Admittedly, most of us in today's churches have never been taught what the springtime "Easter" festival is really all about or where it comes from, but, it is important to learn and not to lose sight of the real reason for our joy and happiness on this day, and the awesome hope and promise it provides ...

"Easter" ... or ... "Resurrection Day" (the Biblical Feast of First Fruits) ... God looks deep into our hearts (and minds) to see what we are really celebrating and where our true love, belief, gratitude, and faith really lie. Many good pastors and Bible teachers will still faithfully teach the significance of the Messiah's sacrificial death (whose shed blood washes us of all our sins) and resurrection in a cultural background now filled with eggs, rabbits, and candy in order to plant the seeds of God's Word in many who would otherwise never hear it ... and soon in thousands of Jewish Messianic Synagogues all around the world there will be joy, and tears, and laughter on the first Sunday after Passover ... as they and their rabbis celebrate the great and awesome fulfillment of our Messiah's Resurrection (yes, He was also given as a "light unto the Gentiles"... Isaiah 49:6) ...

And remember, God set apart the Nation and children of Israel to bring forth the Messiah ... whose roots are in Jerusalem ... not in Rome ... or Babylon ... and God is now re-gathering the children of Israel back into their Land to be instrumental in (and to witness) Messiah's return.

Prophecies fulfilled of our King and our Savior who saves us from our sins and from Hell ... through the awesome power of His blood shed for our sins once and for all ... and then the awesome power of His Resurrection ... which proved God accepted His loving (and prophetic) sacrifice. (The most important Bible prophecies ... Heaven ... or Hell ... the final separation)
