GOD placed ALL of OUR sins upon HIM (Messiah ... "the Lamb of God"... as in the Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur) . . .
"For He (God) made Him who knew no sin (Jesus Christ ... Yeshua Ha'Mashiach in Hebrew)
to be sin for us,
that we might become
the righteousness of God in Him."
(2 Corinthians 5:21)
HE (Jesus Christ ... Yeshua Ha'Mashiach in Hebrew) received the full punishment, torment, and wrath which WE would receive for all our sins against God and God's Law (remember ... the Cross represents Hell.)
HIS (Messiah's) perfect righteousness is then placed upon ALL who will believe in faith that "Messiah (Christ) died for our sins according to the Scriptures (Tanakh), and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures" (1 Corinthians 15:3-4), and showing the proof of our faith by honestly and sincerely turning away from all our sinful ways (which, according to the Bible, will be marked by a lifelong struggle against sin), and fully trusting in HIM (and His completed work on the Cross) to save us from all our sins (past, present, and future) and from the eternal darkness, loneliness, and torment of Hell ...
THEN, we are told, when God looks upon all those who sincerely believe and trust in Jesus Christ (Yeshua Ha'Mashiach in Hebrew) as their "Savior" who died on the Cross to save us from our sins and from Hell, HE (God) then sees us in HIS (Messiah's) pure light of righteousness, and no longer in the "filthiness" of our sinful unrighteousness (the Bible explains ALL OF OUR SINS AND GUILT WERE PLACED UPON HIM (JESUS) AT THE CROSS ... AND THE FULLNESS OF HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS AND INNOCENCE WAS PLACED UPON US THE MOMENT WE BELIEVED IN HIM IN FAITH ... and at that moment we have the complete and absolute assurance our eternal life in His Kingdom of Heaven is secured.) He "substituted" Himself for Mankind on the Cross (Hell). As Jesus (Yeshua) said with His last words on the Cross, "It Is Finished" (literal translation "PAID IN FULL"... John 19:30) ... and don't let any religion try to convince you there is some kind of "balance" that weighs your good deeds against your bad deeds on the Day of Judgment, or that you can somehow "earn" your way into Heaven by "adding" any "good works" to HIS completed work on the Cross .... the Bible says (and promises) "we are saved by FAITH" in the One who paid for our sins (Ephesians 2:8 and many other passages) and "NOT of works, lest anyone should boast" (Ephesians 2:9) ... although we are promised we will be richly rewarded for all of our good works and deeds in Heaven.)

(As a note, the belief here (and I could be wrong) is that modern-day Russia is "Magog" of the Ezekiel 38-39 prophecy (see the prophecy link above.) The nation "Magog" in the Ezekiel 38-39 prophecy must wield World-class power (and cannot be just a smaller regional middle-east power), and "Magog" must have the ability to deploy the highest level of global military-diplomatic-intelligence resources necessary to be both "a guard" for Iran, Libya, Sudan, etc., and to enlist (both openly and in secret) the many other nations listed in this prophecy (including Turkey and Armenia) into their dark ranks and evil coalition (with Iran-Persia as their lead attack dog) for this terrible upcoming battle and war. Also, the Roman Jewish historian Flavius Josephus who was an eye-witness to the Roman siege against Jerusalem in 70 AD wrote "Magog" in Hebrew is "Scythia" in Greek ... and Russia today considers the Scythians as part of early Russian history, and Russian archeologists have unearthed many ancient Scythian sites in various areas within the borders of modern day Russia. (The ancient Scythians also had close linguistic and cultural ties to Persia-Iran.) Over the past 80 years Russia has brutally slaughtered millions of innocent people (including many thousands of Jews and Christians) and is, as a nation, characterized by its lying and deception. Russia was (and is) a strong ally of Israel's enemies, and Russian fighter pilots even flew missions against Israel (and some were shot down) during the 1967 war. Russia was embarrassed and humiliated during that war in front of their Arab allies, and although Israel's leaders seem to have forgotten it, Russia has not. Russia is also the first nation in the history of the World to arrogantly mock God by enforcing (and globally spreading) godless Atheism as their official state "religion." These, (plus other good reasons), are why many (not all) believe Russia is "Magog," while "Gog" represents either (or both) a powerful human leader, or a dark angelic or spiritual power and force behind this evil empire (see Daniel 10:12 and Ezekiel 28:12-17).

God sorely judged nation Israel through war and captivity for killing babies (and God has not changed) . . .
"By causing them (babies) to pass through the fire ..." Back then, unwanted babies were 'offered' to a false god 'Molech' (a god of lust and pleasure) by placing the baby onto the glowing red-hot arms of a small bronze statue which was placed in the fire. Do a study of Molech (an idol, false god) or passing babies 'through the fire' in the Bible and you will find God will judge a nation (and a world) for the killing of babies for convenience. God says a lot about this killing of unwanted babies ('passing sons and daughters through the fire') in the Bible. The technology we now use to kill these 'unwanted' babies is different, but the intent is exactly the same. Now, instead of calling them 'priests' we call them 'doctors,' and instead of burning the babies alive (passing them 'through the fire'), we cut them into little pieces while they're alive and call it 'abortion.' God sees it and it causes Him to cry out in agony and anger. This is one more reason why the coming Apocalypse is also called 'the Day of God's Wrath' which will come upon 'a morally corrupt and violent' generation. Also, the Bible warns us that 'not only those who do such things, but also all those who approve of those who do such things' will be held just as guilty. Please remember, our God is a forgiving God who is filled with grace and mercy, and even those who have done or approved of such things can still be washed clean and forgiven through the 'blood of the Lamb of God,' our Lord, the only One who can now save us from our sins, Jesus-Yeshua the promised Messiah.

- Indian forces poised to storm two hotels and Chabad center where terrorists are holding hostages, including Israelis.
- Israel-India flights continue on schedule. One carried a group of Israeli doctors for Mumbai.
- The Islamist terrorists attacking Mumbai for the second day came from outside the country.
- Indian security sources report many Israeli hostages in the Oberoi Hotel, which the terrorists still control amid sustained gunfire in the lobby.
- Heavy battles resume in the Taj Palace Hotel.
- Indian naval troops board the MV Alpha freighter suspected of having sailed the terrorists to Mumbai's shore from Karachi, Pakistan.
- Anti-tanks missiles handed out to Indian commando force battling terrorists at Taj Palace hotel.
- Indian general: Four or five terrorists inside Chabad Center.
- Islamist shooting attacks and blasts spread to southern Mumbai away from the hotel district ---
- Terrorists hurl grenades at Indian forces surrounding Chabad Center and the Oberoi hotel.
- Fighting flares up anew in the Taj Palace Hotel said to have been cleared Thursday. Some hostages escaped and many bodies were found in guests' rooms.
- Terrorists are still holed up at the Oberoi Hotel and Chabad Center with hostages, including Israelis, under police-commando siege.
- A loud explosion at the Oberoi Hotel as some of the hundreds of hostages escape.
- A woman and child held at Chabad center came out of the building.
